MIC OUR SIMPLE WAY FOR A BETTER FUTURE TODAY .General Concepts A cooperative is an autonomous and duly registered association of persons, with common bond of interest, who have voluntarily joined together to achieve their social, economic, and cultural needs and aspirations by making equitable contributions to the capital required, patronizing their products and services and accepting a fair share of risks and benefits of the undertakings in accordance with universally accepted cooperative principles ( R.A. 9520 )

Concern for Community* Coop principles are system of ideas that determine the essential characteristics of cooperatives, and so distinguish them from other forms of organizations or enterprise. They are universal- not affected by time and space.
