Restaurant-Bar De Stijl is de centrale ontmoetingsplaats in Dutch Design Hotel Artemis. Inspiratiebron is de gelijknamige Nederlandse kunstenaarsbeweging die een eeuw geleden aan de wieg stond van abstracte kunst en die nog steeds internationaal herkenbaar is. De Stijl wilde kunst maken die helemaal op zichzelf kan staan. Dit uitgangspunt geldt ook voor de vormgeving van het restaurant, de bar en de rest van het hotel. De bar is een comfortabele ontmoetingsplaats voor zowel hotelgasten, mensen uit de omgeving en zakenmensen. Dé plek om in een gastvrije, gezellige sfeer een kopje koffie of drankje te drinken, van lekkere hapjes te genieten en bij te praten. 's Zomers biedt ook het terras van het restaurant ruim plaats voor etentjes, borrels, recepties of een barbecue.
