Be sporty be healthy! A brief of the current
issue among youths. Muay thai, zumba,
bikram yoga, acroyoga, you name it. I bet
there’s a moment in your life when you’ve
registered in a gym. At first I thought is only
a one hit. Wonder trend happened and will
pass by after months. Yet all of the sudden,
people are become more concern about what
they eat, what the body needs. All the social
medias are filled by the flexure body with
acrobatic poses, green smoothies, and #ootd
with their proud kicks.
We are inspired by the socmed celebrities to
try some sports. We snap and share when we
do it and how we do it. Haters gonna hate.
There’re always people out there who whis-
per about how it is simply a life style-victim.
Some people will call us a poser, what then
It’s not even a bad influence, we snap and
Le ershare it because we feel proud of what we
do. It takes consistency and self-motivation
to stay on the line, to have a body in shape.
The posts represent appreciation to ourselves
about what we’ve achieved.
And when we share, we have an influence-
value to others, we inspire them!
So keep healthy, keep posting, and keep
inspiring!

is an Indonesian singer who is firstly known in Philippines. In fact, she is half Filipino. Her petite figure and slim body shape fill up our instagram timeline. She’s currently trying to do the healthy life style to the fullest. Her delightful music lyrics reflect her positive mind. She feels freer through her album under Sinjitos label, Between Us.

YOU WERE IN A GROUP BAND CALLED INERSIA BACK THEN, WHAT MAKE YOU DECIDE TO FO-CUS ON YOUR SOLO?Yes, I was. It was my first hit to jump into local music
industry. We are still friends until now, and they are
currently renowned as Drew. It’s not like we have
any conflict among us. But all of sudden, a gold op-
portunity came and I’ve got offer by Warner Philip-
pines. When I asked the band, and they said why
not? They support me as well.
HAVE YOU EVER TRIED ACTING?Yes I have, It was a pleasant experience. The casts
were incredibly fun, included Bunga Citra Lestari
and Laudya Chintya Bella.
WHICH ONE SUIT YOU BEST?Definitely music. But I would always love to give it a
try, if there’s an appealing and challenging enough
character. Probably such as musical movie and
broadway show, where they merge both,
WHAT MAKES A DIFFERENT WHEN YOU SING IN INDONESIA AND IN PHILIPPINES?I’ve joined with major labels, both in Ina and Phil-
lipines. I like more myself in Phillipines, as they liber-
ated me more in terms of music and image. Western
influence was pretty strong, so English lyrics are very
acceptable there. And piracy hadn’t wide-spreaded
yet. In Indonesia, they direct me overall, and there’s
only a little piece of me left over there. Therefore, I
decided to withdraw.
SO WHAT’S NOW?I’m with Mike’s Management and Sinjitos Label.
Everything is in order, they let me to involve more in

music production. Most important, they appreciate
and allow me to be myself.
WHAT ARE YOUR LYRICS ABOUT?Mostly my daily moments. Positive attitude such as
Morning Star speak about how to begin a new day,
when i don’t know what to wear, home sick. Less
about love, more about life.
IS THERE ANY DIFFERENT BETWEEN LALA ON STAGE/OFF STAGE?Pretty much the same. More exaggeration while on
stage.
WHO’S YOUR MUSE?Lenka, Sara Bareilles, and Taylor Swift.
DO YOU DO SPORT?Yes, I go to gym and do Pilates four times a week.
WHAT’S YOUR BODY TYPE?I am petite obviously. But my problem in body shape
is on the belly and hips.
WHAT MOTIVATE YOU WHILE WORKING OUT?My future kids! hahha I want to tell them that I’ve
once (at least) had a body in shape! And also a pres-
sure to be the youngest child among the super slim
brother and sister.
HOW MUCH YOU CURRENTLY WEIGHT?46! I need to cut down three more kilos!
WHAT’S YOUR ATTEMPT TO REACH THAT NUM-BER?My current age makes me start thinking about the
body metabolism. My brother and sister is my big-
gest influencer indeed. Andien inspires me much, we

have so much in common in terms of body size, so I
follow her guidance. .
WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT SPORTY ISSUE?It’s a positive influence. People in Jakarta are frus-
trated and exhausted. They need to increase their
endorphin by doing sports. Even if they feel tired
afterward, they become fit as the result. It becomes
a huge issue through social medias. They snap their
style and post it. It’s not a bad influence, not haughty
attitude. They share their hard works and people ap-
preciate it.
WHAT DO YOU THINK THEIR HITCH? Pollution! It’s a pity when you’re running for your
health, you probably inhale all the toxin. Ironic.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU COULD CHANGE YOUR BODY SHAPE? I want to grow my bust! Hahaha need a bigger cup.
WHAT SHOULD WE DO TO BE HEALTHIER?Do all the previous tips and get insurance. It’s stupid
when you could spend money in a week that cost as
much as monthly premium insurance, yet you chose
to use it only for fun.
