This is a vervet monkey

Vervets live in East Africa in the green spaces on the map

Vervets eat:wild fruits!owersinsectsseeds andseed pods

When they eat, they spread seeds which makes more trees

They can even hold food in their cheeks!

Make your own vervet mask!

Get an adult to help

you cut along the

dotted lines and tie

string through the

holes. Don’t forget to

poke holes for the eyes!

You should never give food to monkeys or they will get bad monkey manners

Instead you can watch them play in the wild

And you should always keep a lid on your bin

Vervets like to wild with

live in thetheir friends

But they are very clever so if you windows open vervets might

So feed your pets indoors

leave food out or leave youreat your food and make a mess!

and put up mesh or close your windows

Help colour in the other animals that live in the wild with the vervet

monkey

Cut out the door hanging to put outside your room and give the monkey a tail

KEEP OUT
