1. Retail ProfitsEARNED IMMEDIATELY/DAILY

As a Member, you have the ability to order products

at wholesale directly from LiveSmart 360 and resell

them to your Customers up to the suggested retail

price. If your Customer makes a purchase from your

personalized 360 website, you will receive the entire

difference between the Member/Wholesale price and

the selling price the very next business day. Selling

retail is one of the quickest ways to earn immediate

income while you are building your business.

QUALIFICATION: Must be an Active Member.

2. Customer BonusPAID DAILY

The more Customers you acquire, and the more

products they buy, the more you earn.

Earn a 30%* cash bonus on the BV of each Customer

order. The Customer Bonus is in addition to any retail

profits you may earn. If a Customer places an order

5. Dual-Team BuilderPAID WEEKLY

The Dual-Team Builder is one of the key components

of the 360 Compensation Plan. This dynamic structure

pays you for generating sales volume within your 2

placement tree legs and helping your downline do

the same. Earn on the sales volume of the Members

you, your upline, and your downline place within

this structure.

Every Member has two placement tree legs, a Left

Team and a Right Team, either of which can be the

Strong Leg or Lesser Leg in any given Bonus period.

You can make up to $100,000 a week by earning up

to 20% of the volume in your Lesser Leg to unlimited

depth. Everyone in your team counts towards your

commissionable volume, even people spilled under

you. You have full control over where you want to place

new Members in your Dual-Team structure.

Get qualified for Dual-Team Commissions from the

start by sponsoring two (2) new Active Members.

NOTE: Qualifying for Dual-Team Commissions requires

a minimum total number (combined Left and Right)

of Personally Sponsored Active Members within your

Placement Tree Legs. Refer to chart “Compensation

Plan Requirements for Advancement” for specific

requirements for each Rank.

* All Personally Sponsored Member requirements for Executive rank and higher, must have purchased a Smart Start Pack.

** A minimum of 360BV on each leg is required to generate a Dual-Team Bonus. When the Dual-Team Bonus pays out, an equal amount of BV is deducted from each leg. Carryover rules: If a Member remains inactive for 2 Calendar Months, any accumulated volume will be permanently lost. After any maximum weekly payout is met (per Rank definitions) within a bonus week, any unused Lesser Leg volume will be reset to zero (0) and will not carry over to the next bonus period.

QUALIFICATION: You must personally enroll and

maintain 2 Active Members, 1 on your left side and 1

on your right side. Only orders that contain a Member

Kit or a Smart Start Pack are calculated for Dual-Team

Commissions. When you remain Dual-Team qualified,

you will carry over any unused volume in your Strong

Leg to the next Bonus Period. **The Accelerated

Dual-Team option is valid for 12 full calendar months

after the Members’ join date. In the 13th month, the

Member will be paid based upon their actual rank

earned in month 12.

SPONSORING AND PLACEMENT

When a new Member joins, unless directly placed,

he or she will be placed automatically at the bottom

outside of the Sponsor’s Stronger Leg. You may elect to

have a new Member placed into the Waiting Room until

you decide where you would like to place him or her.

This allows you to build your team strategically. The

new Member will remain in the Waiting Room for up to

30 days. You can access these settings by logging into

your 360 BackOffice at http://360BackOffice com

If the Sponsor fails to place a new Member (out of

the Waiting Room) within 30 days, the new Member

will be placed at the bottom outside of the Stronger

Leg automatically.

While new Members are in the Waiting Room; Volume,

commissions and bonuses are still applied and paid.

CARRYOVER VOLUME

An Active Member can carry over a maximum of

3,000,000 in Strong Leg BV each period based on

his or her Personal Volume. The Carryover Volume is

limited based on your own PV as follows:

6. Unilevel Team CommissionsPAID WEEKLY

The Unilevel is the foundation of your business and

the key to the lifetime residual income we all dream

about! When you build a solid Member and Customer

base, you will receive commissions on all product

orders (Excluding orders that contain a Member Kit

or a Smart Start Packs.) and re-orders in your Enroller

Tree organization down to nine (9) levels. What

makes this Unilevel so powerful is the use of Dynamic

Unilevel Commissions exclude orders that contain a Member Kit or a Smart Start Packs These are paid out in the Dual-Team portion of the Plan

QUALIFICATION: Maintain your Rank in the qualifying period to be eligible to earn Unilevel Commissions.

Dynamic Compression maximizes the benefits of this plan.

Compression. Compression is a technique that keeps

inactive or non-qualified Members from occupying

a payout level in the Unilevel plan. For example, if

you sponsor Fred and he doesn’t qualify to earn a

Unilevel bonus, you receive the Unilevel bonuses on

his first-level Members as though you had Personally

Sponsored them. This allows you to get paid around

your inactive or non-qualifying downline Members, but

leaves them in place and gives them time to build their

organizations. The bottom line is it puts more money

into your pocket!

We want you to develop leaders and this Bonus was

designed to encourage that behavior. When you

become a Silver Rank (or above), and you develop

new Silvers (and above) within your organization, you

will be paid down as many as four (4) generations

7. Unilevel Matching BonusPAID WEEKLY

Earn up to 20% of the Unilevel Commissions of your

Personally Sponsored Members and up to 10% on up

to three (3) additional levels.

This Bonus provides a strong incentive for Sponsors

to mentor and help develop Members that are deep

within their organizations. The Matching Bonus pays

on the Personal Enrollment Tree. The placement of a

downline Member within your Dual-Team structure

does not affect your Matching Bonus payout.

9. Infinity Fast Start BonusPAID WEEKLY

Become an Exectutive and earn additional income on

every Smart Start Pack sold in your organization. This

Bonus is incredibly powerful and rewards the builders

and leaders unlike any other Bonus in existence.

Starting at the Executive rank, every new person you

sponsor, and every person they sponsor, and so on, falls

in your Executive (or higher) Fast Start organization.

You are then entitled to earn this Bonus on every Smart

Start Pack purchased in that organization - paid to

unlimited levels. The bonus amount is based on your

Rank at the time of the new Member’s enrollment. See

chart below for details.

The system will use the Enroller Tree rather than

the Dual-Team Tree to find the qualified upline. It is

possible for a Member to be qualified for more than

one of the six Fast Start payouts.

Personally Connected Upline Member(s) of higher

ranks than the Sponsor will also be paid on this bonus.

If there is a gap of one or more ranks between Qualified

Upline Members, the sum of the difference in bonuses

will be paid to the Personally Connected Upline

Member(s) of the next higher rank.

Important Note: Once a Member is placed within the

Executive (or higher) Fast Start Bonus groups, they

remain in their Upline’s Fast Start Bonus group forever

(Established on their join date).

Rank QualificationsYou begin at the rank of Member after purchasing a

Member Kit or Smart Start Pack. When you have

reached a rank, you will be recognized at that rank until

you advance to a higher rank. This is called “Highest

Achieved” or “Lifetime” Rank. Commissions and

Bonuses are determined by the level of qualifications

you meet during a given bonus period. This is called

the “Paid As” Rank.

In each bonus period, the “Paid As” Rank of a Member

is determined by the qualifications below:

• Weekly Bonus Periods: Your weekly bonuses are

Getting Paid• LiveSmart 360 pays Commissions and Bonuses, daily,

weekly, monthly, and quarterly with an easy-to-use,

re-loadable, re-usable Visa® debit card. Your

debit card is issued without a credit check or bank

approval, and the card is welcomed at more than

800,000 ATMs and 8 million merchants worldwide.

• Daily Pay Cycle: Paid next business day.

• Weekly Pay Cycle: Friday to Thursday at Midnight ET.

All weekly bonuses are paid on Friday, one week after

360 SMART CARD: LiveSmart 360 pays out

Commissions and Bonuses every week with an easy-

to-use, re-loadable, re-usable Visa® debit card. Your

debit card is issued without a credit check or bank

approval, and the card is welcomed at more than

800,000 ATMs and 8 million merchants worldwide.

Your debit card is issued at the time you earn your first

commission. Please allow up to 10 days for the arrival

of your Smart Card. The minimum commission paid

is $12.

360 STAR: Achieve the rank of Executive in your first

30 days to become a 360 Star and you can earn every

week from the entire company’s enrollment volume

forever. This must be accomplished within 30 days of

you joining LiveSmart 360.

60% PAYOUT RULE: LiveSmart 360 will not pay out

more than 60% of total Business Volume during any

bonus period.

ACTIVE MEMBER: A Member who generates at least

60PV (Personal Volume) in a calendar month and has

generated at least 80PV of lifetime volume.

BUSINESS VOLUME (BV): A value expression based

on the wholesale price of LiveSmart 360 products.

The business volume a Member generates is used

to calculate qualifications and Commissions. Each

product has a BV number that the company uses

to determine what is paid out to you in the

compensation plan.

CARRYOVER CAP: The amount of BV an Active

Member can carryover in their strong leg each bonus

period. This is based upon their Personal Volume.

CUSTOMER: Anyone who purchases a LiveSmart 360

product and is not yet a Member, either directly from a

Member or from a Member’s website.

DUAL-TEAM BUILDER: This is one component of the

LiveSmart 360 Compensation Plan. It requires two

ENROLLER (OR SPONSOR): The actual LiveSmart

360 Member who recruits a prospect and signs

him or her up as a LiveSmart 360 Member. The

sponsoring member is eligible to receive the Fast Start

(Enroller) Bonuses.

ENROLLMENT TREE: The Member organization

consisting of Members you have personally enrolled

(Sponsored) and those that have been sponsored by

them, and so on.

ENROLLMENT BONUS VOLUME (EBV): The total BV

of all of Enrollment Volume from Smart Start Packs

and 1st Orders from new Members. This includes

Personally Connected and Placed Members in

your group.

ENROLLMENT TREE VOLUME (ETV): The total

BV in your entire Enrollment Tree or personally

sponsored organization.

ENROLLMENT TREE LEG: An Enrollment Tree Leg

starts with a new Member when you personally enroll

them and is expanded based on the new Members

that they all personally enroll. Each person that you

personally enroll (often referred to as your 1st level)

will become the start of an Enrollment Tree Leg for you.

Everyone they personally enroll and so on and so on,

will all be within that Enrollment Tree Leg. So, if you

personally enroll 4 people and they each personally

enroll 2 people, you will have 4 Enrollment Tree Legs –

each with 3 people in it (themselves and the 2 people

they enroll).

FAST START BONUS: For each eligible Smart Start

Pack you personally sell to a new Member, you can

earn up to $130 in Fast Start Bonuses. There are no

sponsoring requirements to earn the Fast Start Bonus.

GROUP VOLUME (GV): This is the total BV of all the

people in your downline that has accumulated during

a Bonus period. This includes all the people in your

Dual-Team (Placement) Tree and your Unilevel

(Enrollment) Tree.

GENERATION: For the Generational Leadership

Bonus, a generation is all volume from a Qualified

Silver ranked Member down to the next person in the

downline who is at the Qualified Silver or higher rank.

The next generation is all volume from that Qualified

Silver Member down to the next person at Qualified

Silver or higher, and so on.

GRACE PERIOD: To be considered within the

enrollment grace period, a Member must be within the

first four weeks of enrollment.

LESSER SIDE VOLUME: The total BV in the lesser leg

of your right or left side of your Dual-Team.

LIFETIME PERSONAL VOLUME (LTV): The total PV

a Member has generated since joining LiveSmart 360.

MEMBER: Anyone who signs a LiveSmart 360

Member agreement and purchases at least a Member

Kit. All Members must also adhere to the LiveSmart

360 Policies and Procedures.

MONTHLY BONUS PERIOD: Your monthly Bonus is

based on the highest weekly rank achieved within each

monthly period. A monthly period includes all Bonus

Weeks that start within a calendar month.

For example: For the month of September, we will look

at every Bonus Week that started in September (Every

Friday-Thursday) and use the highest Rank earned for

those weeks to determine your September Monthly

Bonuses that are paid on October 20th.

PERSONAL VOLUME (PV): The sales volume

generated from your personal purchases along

with the purchases of your Customers – all directly

from the company. Each product has an assigned

volume amount.

PERSONALLY CONNECTED: A term used to describe

the direct relationship between a Sponsor (or Enroller)

and a Member through all levels or generations.

Personally connected means everyone in your

organization that was not placed there by someone

above you.

PERSONALLY SPONSORED (ENROLLED): A term

used to describe the direct connection between a

Sponsor (Enroller) and a new Member. Sponsoring

or enrolling means the same thing in LiveSmart 360.

Placement is where you position someone in the

Dual-Team Plan. Some Bonuses are paid on

Sponsorship and others are based on Placement.

PERSONALLY SPONSORED VOLUME (PSV): The

sales/business volume generated from the purchases

made by your Personally Sponsored Members along

with their Customers – this includes all purchases

made directly from the company. This does NOT

include any volume from their downlines.

QUALIFYING PERIOD: This is also defined as a

“Rolling 4 Week Period”. This period consists of the

current bonus week and the previous 3 bonus weeks.

The exact periods may be found in the 360 BackOffice

under the Rank Research Report.

RANK: The title earned by fulfilling the Compensation

Plan’s stated business requirements.

RANK (IFS): The highest rank title earned in your

lifetime and the level of Infinity Fast Start Bonus (IFS)

you will earn on all new Smart Start Packs sold by you

Personally and in the same IFS Group.

RANK (HIGHEST ACHIEVED OR LIFETIME): The

highest rank title earned since joining LiveSmart 360.

RANK (PAID AS): The rank title earned in the last

qualifying period based on your current performance

and how you will be paid in the current Bonus period.

RIGHT AND LEFT SALES TEAM: LiveSmart 360

enables two new Members to be directly under you

(Your frontline). Everyone else in your organization is

placed under one of these two Members. All the sales

from your left and right sales teams, down to unlimited

depth, count as your commissionable sales.

STAR PROGRAM: Achieve the Executive or higher

rank in your first 30 days of enrollment and become

a 360 STAR.

STRONG SIDE VOLUME: The total BV in the stronger

leg of your right or left side of your Dual-Team Structure.

UNILEVEL BONUS VOLUME (UBV): The total Volume

from all orders other than Starter Packs and new

Members’ first orders.

WAITING ROOM: When a new Member joins, unless

directly placed, he or she will be put into the Waiting

Room of the Sponsor/Enroller. The Sponsoring Member

will have up to 30 days to place the new Member. If the

sponsor fails to do so, the new Member will be placed

automatically based on the default placement in the

360 BackOffice or their Stronger Leg if not specified.
