worked in the retail
industry for?
Chandon has worked in the
Retail industry for 6 years.
Prior to the Pro Shop she
worked at Discount Marcs and The Ave-
nue.
2. What did you do before this job
opportunity?
Along with Discount Marcs and The
Avenue Chandon has also worked as a
Busser at the Cleveland Skating Club.
3. What has been your favorite part
about working in retail?
Chandon enjoys seeing customers happy
and being able to make customers hap-
py. Chandon also states “I like seeing
new items first and being able to buy
them first”.
4. What has been the most exciting
part about working for the Cleve-
land Browns Pro Shop?
“ I like to work special events and also
when football players families come into
the Pro Shop”.
5. Where do you see yourself in 5
years?
In 5 years Chandon hopes to still be
with Legends, hopefully promoted.
She also says she wouldn't mind
going to a different location.
6. What advice do you have for
Retail Associates?
Chandon gives these words of advice for Retail
Associates “Keep customers happy, keep a safe
and clean work environment, treat everyone
with respect, but have fun and stay positive”
7. What kind of hobbies do you have?
Chandon says that she is a full time mom which
she enjoys skating, cooking homemade pizzas
and enjoying time with her children.

1. What’s one thing that makes you differ-
ent?
Chandon says that she is a hard worker and
would “ keep working even if she went into la-
bor”
2. What is your biggest fear?
Chandon’s two biggest fears are butterflies and
being in a boat surrounded by a large body of
water.
3. Dream vacation?
Disney World, Chandon says “ She loves Win-
nie the Poo and all kids like Disney World”
