Surveys are the Key to Knowing Our
Guest’s Experience
Customer Service Surveys are the simplest way to pick our guest’s brains without actually asking them a single question. All you need to do is point out the survey on the top of their receipt and kindly ask them to fill it out. We have all heard the saying that if we don’t ask then we will never know. With-out us having guests complete surveys we don’t know how great our service really is. We are in the business to provide the best possible customer service to every single one of our guests. Whether its good or bad, we can learn from every expe-rience to improve for the future. Contest: Whoever is the first to have a guest complete a Customer Service Sur-vey will win a special prize.

Looking the part may come off
as how you are dressed for the
day. It is important to make sure
you are coming to work present-
able, in uniform, and following
the dress code.
While, it is still essential to be
dressed for success, looking the
part goes beyond the uniform
and dress code.
Looking the part is one of the
most important influencers when
it comes to customer service.
93% of customer interactions are
based on nonverbal cues , in oth-
er words how you are presenting
yourself to the customer.
First impressions are extremely
important in any setting. We want
to make sure you are giving our
guests the best impressions.
Who doesn’t like to be greeted with a bright
welcoming smile?! It’s hard not to be in a
good mood when you are greeted that way.
So why look the part? When we are looking
the part, anything is possible. Having confi-
dence in your presentation will give you the
confidence to deliver excellent customer ser-
vice to our guests.
Come to work with a positive attitude and
ready to be unstoppable and looking the part
will come naturally.
