BIOGRAPHICAL DATA
Katrina F. Lectura is the only child of Mr. Cesar Mariano Valentino E. Lectura Jr.
and Mrs. Ma. Margie F. Lectura. She was born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on August 29,
1994. She lives at Block 4 Lot 36 Greensquare Villas, Barangay Mambog I, Bacoor City,
Cavite.
She completed her primary education at Santo Niño of Lower Bicutan School in
Lower Bicutan, Taguig City in year 2007 and was named as the second best in the class,
salutatorian.
She obtained her secondary education at Bicutan Parochial School in Lower
Bicutan, Taguig City in year 2011 and again finished with the second highest rank in her
class.
She pursued higher education at Cavite State University in Imus City, Cavite. She
took Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Human Resource
Development.
She finished this course because she believes that everyone could reach their
dreams through dedication and belief in themselves.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The student-trainee would like to extend her sincerest appreciation to all who
helped willingly and generously to accomplish her on-the-job training (OJT) and to
complete this narrative report. The success of the student-trainee could not turn into
reality without these following people who helped her in different ways:
First of all, the Almighty God, who gives her strength, courage, enthusiasm,
knowledge, blessings and guidance throughout this journey of her life;
Her beloved parents, who showed unconditional love, constant encouragement,
and faith in everything she does;
Her neighbors, especially Mr. Rommel E. Rodriguez, who recommended her to
their human resource department as a student-trainee;
Mrs. Sharon Duka-Geda, human resource manager, for giving the student-trainee
the opportunity to have her OJT within their organization;
Ms. Cherry Arabelle Torres, immediate superior, who gave her an exemplary
guidance, cordial support, and valuable information which helped the student-trainee in
completing her training;
Mr. Enrico Perlas, Mrs. Marilyn Epondulan, Ms. Hana Yasser Eassa Bahader, and
Ms. Catherine Ranches, human resource staffs, who helped the student-trainee a lot
during her stay in the company by imparting knowledge relevant to the training. With
their openness, they created an enjoyable working environment;
The faculty members of the Department of Management, especially Ms.
Luningning A. Valdez, chairperson, and Mrs. Anita C. Avila, OJT coordinator, who

shared their precious time, resources, knowledge, advice, and motivation which inspired
the student-trainee throughout the training;
