Here’s an idea…• Set aside 10 minutes each morning to focus on your
development. • Select a discipline that you want to focus on and
choose a module to start.• Watch a 3 – 5 minute video from the module, take the
quiz, and journal what you learned. (KNOW)• Be intentional about applying new skills or attitudes in
your workplace. (DO)• At the end of the week take note of any personal
changes you have experienced. (BE)
