Developing Yourself and Others: discover a process to guide yours and your direct reports’ development- planning efforts that are tied to and support the organization’s current and future business needs. Resolving Workplace Conflict*: use resolution tactics to recognize the signs of escalating conflict and take appropriate action to minimize damage. Building & Sustaining Trust*: inspire higher level performance, allowing your team to take risks, identify and solve problems, and collaborate to achieve business results.
