organizations to navigate physical, mental, emotional, intellectual and moral rigors in highly-competitive settings by developing strength of mind, body, character and critical thought.

The LuF Leadership development Course consists of five days and evenings of dynamic instruction, discussion and collaboration oriented on tactical leadership. The course is being held at the ZigBone country farm where all resident LDC participants will learn, reflect, eat and sleep under the same roof. registration is Limited to 18 leaders lodged at the farm, and 6 lodged at nearby hotels. (Lodging is also available at nearby hotels.)

The Course themes include: The Moral Imperative of Leadership; Mission-Oriented Leadership; Development and Implementation of a Command Philosophy; Generating Tempo and Mental Performance at Fires and Emergencies.

The course includes a command and staff ride of the Antietam Battlefield and a day devoted to tactical fitness.

This immersive course promises to challenge leaders to THINK about the moral, mental and physical aspects of mission-oriented leadership and optimal human performance in a way that no other program does.
