History

Kyeopta Otaku Shop is “A paradise for otakus and korean fans”. It is a retail store that sells and customizes anime specialty products and korean merchandise. Established in 2013, it is located in Legazpi City.

Later that year, it experimented in selling anime and korean merchandise popular at that time such as Fairy Tail, One Piece, Bleach, EXO, BTS and Super Junior. By contrating this type of merchandise, it soon gained popularity by word-of-mouth as a unique store catering this type of market. It has transformed itself into an “Anime and Korean specialty Shop”.

Business Idea

Kyeopta Otaku Shop is a store selling K-Pop (Korean Pop) and Anime merchandise. The merchandise will be supplied by the trusted suppliers from Japan and Korea. The products that will be sold are t-shirts, collectibles and the like. The shop also sells personalized or customized items. These products can also be ordered online or directly from the shop. If a customer ordered online, the products can be delivered through trusted carriers and payment of shipping fee will be required from the customers. The following terms and conditions are:

1. First come, first serve for limited products.2. Order forms must be filled up first before processing the order.

3. Payment of pre-orders must be made within 7 days upon ordering the product. No payment, no delivery (for online transactions). For branch pick-up, the payment can be made upon meet up.

4. If the product has to be returned because of defects, it will only be exchanged with complete packaging and receipt within one week after pick up.

5. There will be no refund for online orders.6. Prices for imported products are exclusive of custom duties tax.7. Shipping fee is excluded from from the price of the product and

the buyer will pay for the shipping fee.

The shop is open from 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
