We will be delighted to confirm your wedding ceremony and reception venue at the time of booking.
Once you have decided on your event date, an Event Letter of Agreement will be issued via mail or email. A signed
copy of the Event Letter of Agreement, along with a deposit, will be required within 14 days to confirm your booking.
A second deposit equal to 50% of your final estimate of charges is due 60 days prior to your event. The balance
of the estimate of charges is due 7 days prior to your event. Final consumption and additional charges incurred
(if applicable) will be due upon receipt of final billing from our Group Billing Coordinator.
Should you wish to arrange a tour of the Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, or have any questions,
please feel free to contact our Event Management Team at 808-874-7860.
CanCellation the management of the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and assign the venue to another client if confirmation is not received by the due date. Should you wish to cancel your booking prior to the confirmation date, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can release the booking and allow the space to become available to other clients. no charges will be incurred.
if your function is cancelled after the confirmation date, the following conditions apply: Up to 60 days prior to the event, the Resort shall retain the initial deposit. Within 60 days of the event, the Resort shall retain the initial deposit as well as the second deposit equivalent to 50% of the estimated expenditure.
