By the end of the holy month of Ramadan, I would like to congratulate
you on Eid Al-Fitr. I would like to take the opportunity and extend our
heartfelt congratulations to HH the Amir, HH the Crown Prince and
the Kuwaiti nation on such occasion entreating Allah, the Almighty,
to bring blessings and progress to the Kuwaiti oil sector, our beloved
Kuwait and the entire Islamic world.
I would like further to hail the devoted efforts exerted by the oil sector’s
employees who spare no effort to fulfill ostensible achievements among
which the success which Information Security teams of KPC and its
subsidiaries managed to accomplish last month, as they managed
professionally to confront the threats of hacking the database of KPC
and its subsidiaries. Such success was applauded by the oil sector’s
personnel who have become certain practically that the sector’s
employees are highly-qualified like their counterparts in the international
oil companies.
In the same context, I would like to hail the enormous efforts put forth
by the personnel of KPC and its subsidiaries during the drill which was
recently conducted on some vital oil installations to assess the readiness
of the concerned authorities in the sector to confront any terrorist attacks.
The drill has proved the readiness and efficiency of the oil sector to
meet any emergency that may jeopardize the oil installations.
