3.2.1 Goods Information Management
5.2 F 0 5.B.1 4.1 0 3.2.1.1All documents and information used for customs clearance, goods' flow and disposal are should be appropriate, complete and accurate. Procedures which guarantee the protection from unfair exchanges, losses, and the introduction of erroneous information must be conducted.
5.2 F 0 5.B.1 0 3.2.1.2 Controlling documents should include an access to the computer and the information protection.
5.2 F 0 5.B.3 0 3.2.1.3 Cargo manifest should consistant with goods.
5.2 F 0 5.B.3 4.2 0 3.2.1.4 Should give a precise description of goods' contents.
5.2 F 0 5.B.3 4.2 0 3.2.1.5 Should verify the consistancy of goods compared to an order sheet and the purchase request
5.2 F 0 5.B.4 7.1/7.2 0 3.2.1.6All shortages, overages,and other significant discrepancies or anomalies should be resolved or investigated properly. Any matters about abnormality, illegality or suspicious behavior and situations must be reported immediately.
5.2 F 5.C 3.2.1.7 All procedures which make data used in sorting freight and examinations be kept in the best condition must be prepared.
5.2 F 5.C 3.2.1.8All information or data provided by importers and brokers to be used in goods' clearance must be legal. Also procedures that protect incorrect exchanges, losses, errorneous information must be in place.
5.2 F 5.C 3.2.1.9All information given to customs brokers to be used at clearance such as goods' information, consignee,consignor should keep consistency.
5.C 3.2.1.10According to each country's law, data about all passengers and flight attendents should be provided to relevant official quarters prior to departure or on arriving with accuracy and in a timely manner.
0 3.2.1.11A record management system that is able to trace import/export goods and flow of charge needs to be prepared, and also make an access possible for customs to check them if necessary.
