To become a global leader in BIM/digital

construction (across the whole lifecycle).

We will strongly develop our ability to

engage digital construction in every tender

and suitable project. We will increase and

secure the best possible project delivery,

have ourselves certified for the UK /

international BIM standard and educate our

employees in the use of BIM/Digital

Construction.

2017, strategic developments – digitalising business:

• Data analytics and data delivery towards client and stakeholders,

incl. plan-do-check-act-cyclus

• Improvement colaboration between disciplines (design, work

preparation, execution, maintenance) by use of 3D/4D BIM

models (simulations+commercial bids), incl. soil conditions

• BAM Infra is ISO/PAS1192 Certified, Common Data Environment

• Modular approach standard railway underpasses

• 5D-cash flow1 is implemented2 in 5 % of projects

• 50 % tier 1 supply chain partners is able to comply on

• Eigenschappen als materiaal, producttype (fabrikant), kleur,

afmeting, gewicht, reservedelen, aanlegdatum etc.

• Documenten als tekeningen, schema’s, berekeningen,

certificaten, productbladen, handleidingen,

onderhoudsconcepten, risicobeoordelingen, coating-plan.

object: • Voor beton geen handleiding of aansluitschema benodigd, voor

installaties juist wel.

Veel structuren mogelijk binnen de contracten:

• Eis-gericht: SBS welke voornamelijk is gebruikt voor eisen-

structurering. Ligt dicht bij het contract. Past goed bij

DB(F)M contracten

• Object-gericht: Boom welke gericht is op uitsplitsing

objecten naar onderdelen. Zoals NEN-2767

• Gebruik van een gezamenlijke objecttype-bibliotheek

(NEN-2767 gebaseerd) leidt standaardisatie.

• Iedereen spreekt over dezelfde objecten: vergelijkingen

zijn makkelijker gemaakt, wat leidt tot beter kunnen
