This Existing Split-Level Single familyHouse is undergoing a GeneralRenovation. New systems, windows,roofing, electrical, interior finishes are apart of project.

Improvements to the home included:

- Installation of a EnvironmentallyFriendly sprayed-in insulation. NewLow-E Insulated Windows throughout.

- Installation of a low-maintenance,water / flood resistant environmentallyfriendly Porcelain Floor Tile.

- Installation of Locally SourcedProducts, including a new GraniteCounter.

- Dimmable Lighting that can utilizecompact Fluorescent Lights.

Project Cost to HomeOwner(including Appliances & GraniteCounters) was about $12,750, foreverything you see in the photo(including demolition, new sub-floor,new drywall & insulation.)

- For Entertaining Purposes: Installationof a Bar/ Eating area, 2nd Kitchen &Laundry areas (pictured)
