Key Club—is having a recruing party this Friday at lunch. We will be having pizza and discussing future club acvies and services. Robocs Computer and Technology Club (RTAC) - is designed for those with an interest in Computer Science and all things comput- ers. Free and Reduced Lunch Applicaons—Its that me of year to start thinking about renewing your applicaon for free and reduced school meals. Students who have not yet filled out an applicaon for the cur- rent school year will automacally become full pay on October 12th. Student lunches are $2.90 and breakfast is $1.80. To ensure sufficient me to process your applicaon, please have it returned by October 3rd. You may apply online or a paper version is available from the school cashier or the front office. Career Center News Students, please get in the habit of checking your school emails. These emails contain im- portant informaon about FAFSA, scholarships, PSAT, SAT, and other announcements. Juniors and Seniors who DO NOT want to be contacted about mili- tary opportunies, please stop by the career center to cross your name off of the list. Parking—All students who drive and park on school district property need to have a visibly displayed parking permit. Please see Security to get a FREE parking pass. He is urging all people to join him in this special ob- servaon. Gear Up focuses on increasing numbers of students staying in educaon aſter high school by aending colleges, universies and trade schools. Cross Country News—On Wednesday, the Kennewick Cross Country team went down to the Gorge and competed at scenic Hood River, Oregon. The Lion Boys finished eighth and John Correa finished sec- ond overall with a 17:01 me. The girls team finished fiſth and were led by Freshman Geraldin Correa who place eighth overall and Paige Raebel who finished tenth. The Lions start league compeon on Thursday in Walla Walla.
