Born in Liverpool, he did his National

Service in the Royal Navy, rising to

and holding a council meeting where

they could put their questions to local

councillors.

initially due to the input of Cheshire Police

who, along with young people living locally,

have been instrumental in getting the project

long-term success of the new track and will

be providing funding from my member budget

grant to support the user group.

This is one of the largest projects that WREN

as ever supported and funded in Cheshire

an am really pleased to see the final

designs come to fruition.

The support have seen for the pro ectocally shows that there was a real need for a

facility of this type and I am delighted that we
