Conclusions & Ways Forward

Observations

Among respondents there’s a general consensus of the importance of gender analysis—will this hold if we expand the survey to other people/projects within your organization or other organizations?

Consensus that assets are important (perceptions section), however changes in household income and food security are put ahead of changes in household assets when it comes to M&E

Importance of project acceptability in community underscores contextual issues and need for effective community engagement, particularly on sensitive gender issues

Gender trainings are prevalent, but seem to be limited to a small group within the organization

Page 23: Kap results ppt

Conclusions & Ways Forward

Areas of greatest need

Collection of gender disaggregated data

Development and training in gender sensitive M&E

Training on gender methods and analysis throughout organizations and projects

Assets vs. income in M&E

Responses from others in the organization
