Quality is simply defined as the experience that a person has when interacting with his / her organisation.
Quality is a constantly evolving concept informed by many things.
The term Quality (or Quality Management) as used in the Victorian Disability Act 2006 and the Quality Framework 2007 relates to how an organisation delivers support and services.
