Projects range in size from the 1.7 million square-foot build-to-suit for Michelin in Wilmington down to a 70,000 square-foot addition for FedEx in Romeoville. In recent weeks several notable build to suits have been announced including 750,000 square feet for Saddle Creek, 499,000 square feet for Fellowes, 350,000 square feet for CoreCentric, and 300,000 square feet for DS Container. Of note, the average size of new spec buildings has downshifted to 285,000 square feet.
