150 million people will tune into the SuperBowl while 48 million

Americans struggle with hunger. Make a play with Souper Bowl

of Caring and Tackle Hunger!!

Have you ever played Football Squares? If not, it’s okay – because it’s an easy game. The point of the game, it to

“guess” the final score of the game. It goes a little something like this:

1. You will see two poster boards at the Lake Houston Office. They will have 100 squares each. Across the top and on

the side of the squares, you will see the numbers 0-9 randomly assigned to squares. Once the two finals team for the

SuerpBowl have been announced, you will see the teams name on the boards too!

2. Before the Super Bowl on February 5th, you can bring in AT LEAST 10 dry or canned good items and present them

to a staff member. At this time, you will be able to choose a square. 1 square = 10 dry or canned good items. If you

bring 20 items, you will pick two squares. If you bring 15 items, you will only receive one square.

3. Once the final score for the Super Bowl has been determined, the winners will be announced. The winner is

determined by looking at the last number in each of the teams' score, and then matching those numbers on the grid and

seeing which square intersects those two numbers. An example would be if the Miami Dolphins were playing the New

York Giants in the Super Bowl, and the final score was Miami Dolphins 33, and NY Giants 24. The last number for the

Dolphins is 3, and the last number for the Giants is 4. The square on the grid that has the Dolphins with a number of 3,

and Giants score of 4, would be the winner.

The Food Drive will be from Jan 18-Feb 4th! So put on those creative caps now because…

With this food drive comes many opportunities to send postcards, flyers, and hang door hangers to let your

community, clients, friends and family know of the food drive. We have created a flyer that you will see around the

office. The flyer tells clients of the upcoming food drive and how they can help. A fun twist (and a great way to get

contacts) is to offer a chance to win a “prize”! On this flyer, you will see we offered a chance to win a Super Bowl L

t-shirt (maybe a jersey)if they donate at least 50 canned or dry goods. This is just an example of the fun you can

have with this food drive and keep yourself front of mind! If you are interested having a flyer customized for you,
