We will start next week with the South side – Fall Creek, Summerwood etc.

It’s time to become touring machines!!!

Every Tuesday after our Fuel Meeting, you will be given a list of homes to tour on

Broker Tour. You may be saying to yourself “I don’t have time for that!”

IT’S TIME TO MAKE TIME!!!

One of the strongest ways to generate a consistent stream

of business is geographic farming. Some of the challenges

agents have with farming is selecting the right farm area,

budgeting for the potential expense, the constant production

of creative marketing material, and the long term

commitment.

All these challenges are RESOLVED!!

The intention of Farm Aide 2016 is for you to sign up, set it,

and as for the DIRECT MAIL marketing, forget it!!

Farming is something you cannot “dabble” in. You have to be committed. It takes

time! It could be six months, even a year before you can get the first come-list-

me call. But, once you begin to get a foothold in a neighborhood, it can be lasting

and consistent source of listings. During the Farm Aide 2016, there will be 9

mailings! Every 3 weeks a personalized marketing piece is delivered to your farm

for a total of 6 months.

The average cost per agent per month is $150-$250.

Over 50 different mailing routes to choose from. All mailing routes have been

pre-determined so you just have to choose the one that works for you!

We will need 10-15 agent to participate in order to get the group benefit and

discount. We will still be able to participate even if we do not have 10-15 agents – we will not have as much as a discount and with less than 10 we cannot make it work at

all.

Lisa will create the piece, a local printer will print the piece, Every Door Direct

Mail sends the piece and your credit card will get billed every 3 weeks.

Even though we are handling the marketing, you still

need to commit to your farm! You can do the following:

Whenever possible – do open houses in that farm

Preview EVERY new listing in that neighborhood.

Don’t just say you are the expert in that

neighborhood. BE ONE!

Door Knock. Seriously. Door knocking works

Be seen! Do business at the area Starbucks or

donut shop

Volunteer and host events in the area

Have your website, LinkedIn and Social Media Sites

refreshed and ready to go
