• led the research, development, and delivery of innovation that significantly improved the service solution quality, and service engagement process effectiveness

• Co-author: 4 book chapters, and over 40 technical papers, over a dozen issued patents and 20+ others pending. 3 best paper awards in the areas of AI and Operations Research, and recipient of multiple awards and honors at IBM.

qHeather Yurko, ISSIP Vice President (1/1-12/31 2018)• Chief of Staff + Lead, Future of Work, Employee Services, Cisco, leading Future of Work,

for Employee Services, enabling Global Services Management acceleration through culture, role and skill transformation, future-proofing the success of Cisco employees, customers, and partners by collaborating with Service Executives. Previously led global engineering team that is responsible for the design, delivery and operations of software that manages the company’s global service supply chain before leading global teams in Cisco focused on Organizational Research + Development and Internal Talent Management.
