10. Special Issues (wait for the final version from guest editors)

• Two special issues in Terrestrial, Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences and Journal of Marine Science and Technology have been arranged for authors who wish to have their researches published in peer-reviewed journals. Please inform the guest editor of the special issue by email along with your full paper by 28 February 2015.

• To circumvent the possible dilemma of duplicate publication, the authors are suggested to submit extended abstract to the conference and full paper to the journal, respectively.
