When booking an event with Infinity Events and Catering (IEC) at one of our venues: The Bridge Building Event Spaces, The Bell Tower, or The Harding House, the following list of services are included.- Specialized menu selections- Rental item selection- Vendor coordination- Bar package selection- Staffing needs- Lighting Package selection- 1 original floor plan, 1 revised floor plan- Linen Rentals- Valet (if required)- Heating and Air (if required)- Security- Tent Rental

Practice Makes Perfect- A complete run through of the ceremony will be performed with everyone involved to ensure all parties understand his or her roles.

Don’t be Late- Determined by one final meeting one month before your event, the timeline is organized in detail and sent out to all parties involved in the wedding day schedule.

Pre-PartyWedding theme is complemented with the execution

and organization of the Rehearsal Dinner to ensure menu items and decor elements

do not overlap or clash. (Available option if booked at an IEC Venue)
