iPhone 3G S June 30 th 2009 Virgin Mobile are launching the iPhone 3Gs on the Friday the 26 th of June. To cater for the new phones we have revised our iPhone plans. The 16GB iPhone 3GS will be $8 per month on the $70 iPhone plan. Minimum cost per month $78. Minimum total cost over 24 months $1872. The 32GB 3GS iPhone will be $15 per month on the $70 iPhone plan. Minimum cost per month $85. Minimum total cost over 24 months $2040. These plans will launch on the 1 st of July. Note to self: Note Copyright © 2008 Apple Inc. All rights reserved. Credit approved customers only. While stocks last. Apple iPhone 3G is network locked. Virgin Mobile can only unlock iPhones purchased from a Virgin Mobile outlet within Australia and an $80 fee will be applied to unlock within first 12 months after purchase. Due to technical reasons Optus Wi Fi is not available to Virgin Mobile customers. 1 The full Post-Paid Price (PPP) is $744 (8GB) and $864 (16GB). The PPP/24 is paid off your phone each month you’re on the plan. 2 Min total cost over 24 months is $1,680 (8GB) and $2,400 (16GB). Leave anytime, just pay the outstanding balance of the PPP & all outstanding charges (billed and unbilled), plus $250 if you leave within the first 6 months. 3 Included value (credit and mobile internet data) excludes some call and message types and does not roll over. Standard charges apply if you spend over. The following services are not available on the iPhone; video calling and Virgin Vibe. The iPhone is a 2100MHz handset and will provide you with access to Virgin Mobile 3G services only in Optus 3G 2100MHz Network. Outside these areas, you will fall back to the Optus GSM/GPRS network. The iPhone is not a dual band handset will not provide you with access to 3G services in Optus’ 900MHz coverage areas where a dual band handset is required.
