I have the pleasure and privilege of working with many senior business leaders on their leadership development journey.
A great question often raised is ‘what do really successful leaders actually do, and avoid doing?’
This led me to develop the ‘leadership blueprint’ that follows. The concept is that leaders optimise the leadership drivers and reduce the limiters. Each leadership dimension is explained by six behaviour descriptors that define it.
