Synergy at Work...Linco Vis GLincomycin 11% and Allicin 25% premix

(Colistin Sulfate 10% granular premix)

Many growth promoters and mycoplasma prevention programs have been used over the decades in chickens. INNOKIT (Kitasamycin) is a new generation macrolide antibiotic for improving performance efficiency through controlling infections related to mycoplasma and Clostridium perfringens. The antibacterial spectrum of Kitasamycin is comparable to tylosin, erythrocin, selectomycin, medecamycin and oleandomycin.

Kitasamycin works on 50S ribosome subunit of the sensitive bacteria to refrain from the synthesizing bacterial protein by prohibition of peptide transfer action or m RNA shift INNOKIT has strong activity against G positive and some G negative bacteria, leptospira, rickettsiosis, mycoplasma, and some viruses.

l Using special aqueous enteric material and cutting edge spraying-dry technology to make the coating.

l Much less destruction of Kitasamycin in acidic stomach and the bioavailability is increased by 30- 40%.

l No irritation to stomach and G.I. tract of poultry and swine.

l No bitter taste so Innokit does not affect the feed intake.

l The particle technology increase the surface area of Innokit so it is more effective than unprocessed Kitasamycin (Competitor)

l Broad spectrum antibacterial, particularly it has an obvious action on mycoplasma causing respiratory disease of the livestock.

l Low toxicity. Kitasamycin is a special antibiotic for livestock with high safety levels. Taken orally it has quick absorbability. It can spread to various tissues and organs, in particular, it keeps higher plasma drug concentration continuously in blood and lung tissues.

High stability in the feed – no loss of activity at pelleting temperatures. l Low residue. Administer large dose of kitasamycin (330-500m/kg) in the fodder to feed livestock

continuously for 14 days then stop. On the third day of withdrawal, residue in tissues is less than 0.03mg/kg. l Good growth promotion effect. Adding it with small dosage continuously can not only prevent the

disease, but promote animals’ growth l High Safety. Kitasamycin has the highest compatability with all polyether antibiotics (Ionophores) compared

to any other in-feed antibiotic

Innokit can be used to cure the infection caused by gram positive bacteria, mycoplasma, clostridia, leptospira, and promote growth in chickens. It mainly prevents from the diseases of intestinal and respiratory tract infection- chicken necrotic enteritis caused by clostridium perfringens and CRD caused mycoplasma spp.

Usage and Dose in Feed

For Broilers: 100 grams per ton of feed in all phases for growth promotion effects – prevention and control of CRD and Necrotic Enteritis.

For Breeders as Mycoplasma Prevention Program: 1000 grams per ton of feed for 2 days-every-week from Week 1 to Week 24. Later 250 to 500 grams per ton of feed upto culling on a daily feeding basis.

For Layers:500 grams per ton of feed for 2 days-every-week from Week 1 to Week 18. Later 250 grams per ton of feed upto culling on a daily feeding basis.

For treatment of Mycoplasmosis in chickens: 1 to 2 kg per ton of feed for 5-7 days.

l Un-processed Kitasamycin is quickly absorbed and metabolized within poultry GI Tract (less than 3 hours). Therefore, it is less effective in poultry as growth promoter.

l Because Kitasamycin is quickly transported into blood stream, there is less amount of Kitasamycin in G.I. tract and causes poor results of growth promotion.

l Un-processed Kitasamycin has irritation to poultry stomach, causing reduction of feed intake and a slower growth.

l Un-processed Kitasamycin has bitter taste, negatively affecting the palatability, so the feed intake can be negatively affected.

l The acidic solution in fore-gut can destroy the activity of Kitasamycin.

A lincosamide antibiotic, one of the most commonly used antimicrobial feed additive in poultry to increase weight gains and feed efficiency. Lincomycin is specifically active against gram positive pathogens and anaerobic bacteria of clostridia spp. Lincomycin has beneficial effects to treat Necrotic enteritis and mycoplasma. Therefore, lincomycin supplementation in feed can help improve performance and has been used as a regular rotation option amongst the existing antibiotic growth promoters.

(Allicin- garlic oil extracts):

“History and all its wise men have extolled the virtues of garlic. Hippocrates, Galen, Pliny the Elder, and Dioscorides, all have, at some point of time or another, mentioned the use of garlic for many disease conditions that include parasitic infections, respiratory problems and poor digestion. Garlic first finds mention in A.D. 510 Chinese medical treatise. In modern times, Louis Pasteur has confirmed the goodness of garlic and its anti-bacterial nature in 1858”.

“In its natural form, garlic is a pungent pod. The pungency is a result of allyl thiosulfinates, which are a group of organo-sulfur compounds with a unique chemistry. The active ingredient in garlic is called Allicin, a volatile oil containing sulfur that is responsible for its pungent odor. These and some other compounds in garlic help to protect the body from a large number of harmful conditions, sometimes even fatal diseases”.

· Allicin has broad spectrum, non-specific antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral and anti-oxidant effects, · Has a feed attractant effect: increases appetite, increases feed intake,· Pronounced impact on gut microflora,· Improve survival rate, · Increases egg production in laying birds, improves fertility in breeders, Improves FCR and weight

gains in broilers.· Supports lean meat production and improves meat quality by reducing fat· Has antifungal effect: Tests have shown that use of of garlicin on Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus

Niger, Aspergillus fumigatus has a very strong inhibition and cidal effect, therefore can effectively prevent mold formation, improve keeping quality of feed as an alternative feed preservative.

· Allicin is non-toxic and has no side effects.· No cross resistance with other in-feed antibiotics.

For Increase in Rate of Weight Gain and Improved Feed Efficiency:

LINCOVIS G should be mixed into the complete feed supplied to broiler chickens so that the final feed contains 40 grams of LincoVis G per ton of feed.

For the Control of Necrotic Enteritis:LINCOVIS G should be mixed into the complete feed supplied to broiler chickens so that the final feed contains 40 grams of LincoVis G per ton of feed.

No drug withdrawal period before slaughter is required for poultry fed LINCOVIS G Feed Medication at the recommended level.

In poultry productivity, to maintain a healthy gut is of immense importance. Short chain fatty acids

have an outstanding effect in maintaining gut health through their different area of action. Short

chain fatty acids successfully maintain the gut health in the anterior part of gastrointestinal tract. The

posterior part along with the caecum remains a challenge due to the inability of various short chain

fatty acids to reach there, in an undissociated form.

KONZERVE Plus is a bio-regulator acidifier, which is comprised of a short chain fatty acid i.e. a

pure form of sodium salt of n-Butyric acid.

KONZERVE Plus CH -[CH ] – COONa3 2 2

KONZERVE Plus is Sodium Butyrate (90%) Coated with cellulose. This protects Sodium

Butyrate from being hygroscopic and covers up the pungent odor. KONZERVE Plus help to release

Sodium Butyrate at the gut. So the full potency of the salt can be achieved at the required site of

action.

The Butyric acid in KONZERVE Plus enters the microbial cell in undissociated form. Within the cell it

releases protons in an alkaline environment which results the decrease of intracellular pH. This

decrease of pH influences microbial metabolism by inhibiting the action of important microbial

enzymes. Microbial cells try to excrete proton by using its energy and ultimately end up to death.

KONZERVE Plus also supplies energy to the epithetical cells of villi to recover its damage caused by

the enteritis.

Dissociation- +CH -[CH ] – COOH - CH -[CH ] – COO + H3 2 2 3 2 2

In an undissociated state KONZERVE Plus is strongly lipophilic and easily cross membranes. The

dissociation rate is low due to its high pka value. The dissociation rate is also influenced by the pH of

the intestinal liquid. KONZERVE Plus remains

undissociated even in high pH in the large intestine owing to its high pKa value as compared to formic

acid and lactic acid.

KONZERVE Plus increases the Hemoglobin synthesis and stimulates the non specific and local

immunity.

KONZERVE Plus correlates lipopolysaccharides from pathogenic bacteria in such a way that it

controls the nitric oxide production. KONZERVE Plus stimulates proliferation of beneficial bacteria's

like Bifido bacteria and lactobacillus.

KONZERVE Plus increases the length of the villi at the ileum by 30%. This implies a major

improvement of absorptive and digestive capacity and hence increases the body weight of the broiler.
