The best example: the trailblazing solution of the lifting table for vertical shift of collet rotation and mandrel retract on the «MEDIUM» series for tube diameters 60 - 100 mm.

The machines with lifting table facilitate 100 % synchronisati-on of shift of collet rotation, mandrel retract and tube transport boost. The booster forces are applied directly and centrally, meaning that large torques on the delicate ball screws are a thing of the past.

The lifting table also provides further particular advantages in terms of the ergonomic loading height, even on larger machines. Tooling times are dramatically shortened and productivity increases signifi cantly.

Basis for perfect quality

The electric servo axes are characterised by excellent precision and improved bending cycles. The tubes are clamped without leaving clamping marks.

Using Lang Tube Tec bending machines, you can realise bending radii of less than 0.7 x OD, wall thickness tapering of less than 20 %, and ovality of less than 1%.

Simple operator guidance

Siemens Bend Motion Control with 15-inch monitor must be the most user-friendly CNC control system for bending machines. Up to 32 axes can be managed reliably, simply and intuitively from the touch screen display.
