Innovation Camp with Injaz Oman

The Department of Business Studies, Ibra College of Technology, jointly with Injaz Oman

organized ‘Innovation Camp’ for students in ICT, in an endeavor to promote the entrepreneurial

spirit among the students. The workshop was organized in ELC main hall on 15th

November

2016. A team of experts from Injaz Oman and BP Oman conducted the workshop.

The whole session was focused on embedding entrepreurial qualities and included a number of

activities and games. Through the various activities, students were able to relate the session

subject easily to the knowledge and value addition they had.

Students from various departments (Information Technology, Business and Engineering)

attended the program. The camp was highly successful in developing student attention to

consider Entrepreneurship as a career option. The event also helped the students to

understand the various opportunities and helped them to improve their interpersonal and team

building skills.

The camp ended with the questions and answers session followed by felicitation of the speaker

and vote of thanks.
