5. MEDICAL PERMISSION The undersigned, in their capacity of recognized parents or guardians, authorize INNOVACIÓ, INTEGRACIÓ I FUTUR, Communication Projects, CB (IIF) and their delegates, representatives and host families participating in the program, to authorize any X-ray recognition, surgical diagnosis and anesthesia process resulting from the regulations and always under full supervision of the medical or emergency room team that are responsible of the medical acts or that supervise the medical or dental (if it is a dental treatment) procedures. GENERAL CONDITIONS 2018

For the purposes of these General Conditions, the different catalogs and written training offers of the current year are the informative documents to which these General Conditions are incorporated.The documents include information on the different INNOVACIÓ, INTEGRACIÓ I FUTUR, Communication Projects, CB. (IIF) offers, both in Artà and abroad, where the destinations, duration and calendar are clear, characteristics of the accommodations, prices and, in general, any necessary information which might be required. The information contained in the brochures is binding for IIF unless there is any of the following circumstances:

- That the changes in said information have been communicated in writing to the consumer before the date of conclusion of the contract.

- Subsequent modifications are expressly agreed upon, and, in writing, between the contracting parties.

- That occurs due to a case of force majeure.

1.- GENERAL INFORMATION. The address of INNOVACIÓ, INTEGRACIÓ I FUTUR, Communication Projects, CB. (IIF) is located at C / De les Parres, 51- C, 07570 - Artà (Mallorca), Illes Balears, with CIF. E16522880.

2.- LEGAL REGULATION APPLICABLE TO THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS. These General Conditions are subject to whatever results from the application of R.D.L. 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on the General Conditions of Contracting, and the Civil Code. These General Conditions will be incorporated, signed by the contracting parties, into all the contracts of the INNOVACIÓ, INTEGRACIÓ I FUTUR Programs, Communication Projects, CB, whose purpose is the programs contained in the advertising brochure and obligate the parties, together with the particular conditions agreed upon in the contract, and those that could be established for each program.

3.-REGISTRATION, PRICE AND WAY OF PAYMENT. To register for the chosen program, you must request INNOVACIÓ, INTEGRACIÓ I FUTUR, Communication Projects, CB the registration form, fill it out and send it to our office, and make the payment of the reservation. It is recommended that the registration is made at least three months before the start date of the course, except for programs that have a different deadline. There are some programs with different requirements or forms that must be added to the above mentioned general form so that the participant can fill and sign. Regarding the payment of the reservation, the amount of € 750 must be paid, unless another quantity is indicated in the particular conditions of the specific program. This amount is included in the price of the program. The payment of these amounts will be considered as payment to the account of the initial processing and management expenses, and must be made in cash or by bank transfer in favor of INNOVACIÓ, INTEGRACIÓ I FUTUR, 1

Communication Projects , CB., indicating the name of the student as a concept. This amount, delivered on account, will be discounted from the total price of the program. No application for registration of a program will be processed, which is not accompanied by the receipt of the payment of the reservation. If it is the case, the rest of the price of the contracted program should be paid to IIF 45 days before the start of the program. The registrations are personal and transferable. The delivery of the documentation of the program will take place between 10 and 20 days before the departure.

4.-TRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMMODATION. The description of the type of transport and accommodation included in the different programs is detailed in the pages of the catalog corresponding to each destination and course. The legal father, mother or guardian authorizes the client of the program to travel in any means of transportation that host families and / or the organization may determine for mobility during the program.

5.- CANCELLATION, NO PRESENTATION AND / OR ABANDONMENT OF THE PROGRAM. In the event that a client decides to cancel the contracted program before its commencement, he must notify it in writing to IIF. The client will be entitled to the return of the amounts that he had paid to IIF. However, the client must pay INNOVACIÓ, INTEGRACIÓ I FUTUR, Communication Projects, CB the amount corresponding to the management expenses, which amounts to € 250 for all programs. Without prejudice to the moment in which the cancellation occurs, the consumer must assume, always and in any case, the amount of the airline ticket when it has been issued and it is not possible to reimburse, regardless of whether the client exercises his actions in front of the issuing airline. If the client cancels or abandons the program once in the country of destination for reasons attributable to it (by their own will or that of their parents or guardians), the cancellation costs represent 100% of the total amount of the course.

6.- ALTERATIONS AND INCIDENTS OF THE PROGRAM. IIF is committed to providing consumers with all the contracted services contained in the program, with the stipulated conditions and characteristics. However, the following considerations should be taken into account:

A- In the event that, prior to the start of the program, INNOVATION, INTEGRATION, FUTUR, Communication Projects, CB., is obliged to significantly modify any essential element of the contract, including the price, it must immediately inform the client. He may choose to terminate the contract or accept a modification in it. In this last case, IIF will specify the modifications introduced and their impact on the price of the program.

B - The client must communicate the decision that he adopts as soon as possible and, in any case, within three days after the modification of the program is notified. In the event that the client does not notify his decision to IIF within seven days, it will be understood that he opts for the termination of the contract.

C - In the event that IIF is forced to cancel any of its programs for causes not attributable to the client, or in the event that the consumer chooses to terminate the contract under the provisions of paragraphs a) or b), INNOVACIÓ , INTEGRACIÓ I FUTUR, Communication Projects, CB., will offer the consumer an alternative program of equal or superior quality, or will reimburse the consumer for all the amounts paid for the program. In these cases, in addition, IIF must compensate the client for breaching the contract, damages and losses caused. These compensations are reflected in the particular conditions.

D - There will be no obligation on the part of IIF to compensate the client when the cancellation of the program is due to reasons of force majeure.

E - There will also be no obligation on the part of IIF to compensate clients in the event that the cancellation of the program occurs due to not reaching the minimum number of people required for the effective realization of it. The minimum number of people is 15 participants. In these cases, IIF will notify the consumer in writing, at least 30 days before the start date of the program, that the minimum number of participants has not been reached and that, therefore, the program has been canceled. In this case of cancellation of the program because the minimum number of students is not reached, the consumer will be entitled to reimbursement of all the amounts that he had paid for the program in cluding the management expenses.

F - The differences and / or claims that, in the opinion of clients, arise during the development of the contracted program, should be brought to the attention of the Organization responsible for the program, in order to offer a satisfactory solution immediately. In the event that the solution proposed by the responsible Organization is not satisfactory to the consumer, the consumer may submit a written claim to IIF within a period of one month. The company, after collecting the relevant documentation, will have a period of one month to respond to the claim raised by the client. If the solution proposed by IIF is not satisfactory, the client may file the corresponding actions.

7.- USES AND CUSTOMS OF THE COUNTRIES IN WHICH THE PROGRAMS AND NORMS OF OBLIGED COMPLIANCE ARE DEVELOPED DURING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SAME. The client must adapt to the way of life and customs of the country in which the contracted Program is developed. The rules of conduct in the countries of destination, the habits and customs, the meals, the schedules, the distances, and, in general, the lifestyle of the countries in which the various Programs are developed, are usually very different from the ones they have in their countries. In case of non-compliance by the client of the laws of the destination country in which the Program is developed, or breach of the Discipline Rules of the various Organizations, Colleges, Centers, Universities, Schools, etc., the client will be expelled from the Program. In this case, he must assume the expenses arising from his early return to their country, regardless of any other liability due to the intent or negligence of the participant.

8.- PASSPORT, VISA AND DOCUMENTATION. All IIF clients who take part in the IIF programs must have valid personal documentation—Passport, ID, European Health Insurance Card, if they belong to a European country—apart from any documets the program may ask for (police permit…).The delivery of the documentation of the program will take place between 10 and 20 days before the departure.

9.- MEDICAL OR PHARMACOLOGICAL TREATMENT AND/OR SURGERY. The client must let IIF know if they are under medication during their stay abroad. It is understood that when the program starts the students are completely healthy, physically and mentally, and that the medical report is to be trusted. Otherwise, IIF is not responsible for any problem that a fake document might cause. In case that during the development of the program the client needed medical treatment and / or being hospitalized and / or surgery, without the IIF company having been able to locate their parents tutors or legal representatives, the IIF company is authorized to take the measures it deems appropriate to preserve the health of the client, always according to professional medical reports.

10.- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION. In compliance with article 5 of Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, IIF informs you that your personal data will be incorporated into an automated file of personal data, created by IIF, duly registered with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, under the responsibility of IIF, for the purpose of processing the customer database, to facilitate the management and control of the services provided by IIF, as well as for commercial and promotional communications of an advertising nature. Likewise, and in view of the fact that it is essential and necessary to communicate certain information related to the participant, who must know the companies or entities collaborating with IIF, the participant and / or their parents or guardians, expressly authorize that they can be transferred the corresponding data to said entities.

11.- VALIDITY. The validity of these general conditions is that of the brochures of the current year. The validity of this brochure will be from September 1, 2017 to July 30, 2018, both included.

12.- CONFLICT RESOLUTION. Any conflict related to the programs will be resolved by the competent Jurisdictional Bodies according to the applicable legislation.

13.- PRESCRIPTION OF ACTIONS. The actions derived from this contract will be prescribed for a period of two years.

14.- PARTICULAR CONDITIONS. According to the contract granted between the parties, in each case, as well as those established for each program.

PARTICULAR CONDITIONS 2017/2018

1.- Image authorisation. The client and / or their parents or legal guardians authorize INNOVACIÓ, INTEGRACIÓ I FUTUR, Communication Projects, CB., So that they can use and publish the images in which they appear individually or in groups during their participation in the program with to make publicity or promotion of them through brochures and promotional publications, including internet and social networks of INNOVACIÓ, INTEGRACIÓ I FUTUR, Communication Projects, CB. The participant and / or their parents or legal guardians may revoke this authorization at any time, but in that case, they must indemnify the company INNOVACIÓ, INTEGRACIÓ I FUTUR, Communication Projects, CB for the damages and losses they may cause.

2.- Language level. The client must have a minimum level of knowledge of the language, for the realization of the Programs of INNOVATION, INTEGRATION AND FUTUR, Communication Projects, CB. The client (or their legal representative, in those cases in which the client is a minor), assumes the responsibility of achieving the minimum level of knowledge of the language required, as well as the possible consequences that may arise from the breach of this requirement, such as the impossibility of continuing with the realization of the Program. The minimum requirements of the level of knowledge required for the realization of the Programs will be notified to the client prior to the hiring of the Program.

3.- Pocket money. Consumers will have to carry enough money for their personal expenses and will not be able to ask for money from the organization, host families or monitors.

4.- INNOVACIÓ, INTEGRACIÓ I FUTUR, Communication Projects, CB offers its catalog through Agents and Delegations, being of these the responsibility to inform correctly about the operation and development of the Programs, so IIF is not responsible for any other explanation that may have been offered to its customers when they have been informed.

5.- Information about cancellation, non-presentation and / or abandonment of the Program. In order to inform the client of the amount of the expenses that must be paid to IIF in the case of canceling the program without force majeure, in addition to the plane ticket ( if it is on IIF´s account), management expenses, foreign cancellation expenses (amounts paid to the foreign organization), a compensation will have to be paid to IIF: 5% of the total amount of the program if the cancellation occurs between 50 and 45 days from the date of the start of the program. 15% of the total amount of the program, if the cancellation occurs between 29 and 10 days before the start date of the program. 40% of the total amount of the program, if the cancellation occurs between 9 and 4 days from the start date of the program. 70% of the total amount of the program, if the cancellation occurs before 3 days of the start date of the program. 100% of the total amount of the program if the client does show up on the day the program starts. The client will not be entitled to any reimbursement when, once the program has started, he resigns by his own will, his parents´ or his legal representatives´. The program management € 250 will not be reimbursed in any case, if the client cancels the program. In the event that IIF is forced to cancel any of its programs for reasons not attributable to the client and not specified in the general conditions, IIF, apart from refunding the full cost of the program, will have to compensate the client for breaching the contract, with a maximum of 10% of the total cost of the program.
