Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking a suitable community organisation to lease the hall at 1 Corona Street Windale. This is an exciting opportunity for an organisation to base their services in a burgeoning part of our City.A subsidised lease will be negotiated under Council’s Lease Equity Model. The rate will be measured against the successful organisation’s affordability.

How to apply Your expression of interest should demonstrate how you will meet the assessing criteria, including: • How will your service benefit the needs and

strengths of the local Windale community?• How will you work in partnership with other

stakeholders and community activities to deliver services for the local Windale area?

• How will your organisation use and look after the facility? Points to consider include: opening hours, staff presence, availability for hirers or broader community use, risk management, building improvements and other relevant policies and procedures.
