Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking a suitable community organisation to lease the hall at 1 Corona Street Windale. How to apply Your expression of interest should demonstrate how you will meet the assessing criteria, including: • How will your service benefit the needs and

strengths of the local Windale community?• How will you work in partnership with other

stakeholders and community activities to deliver services for the local Windale area?

• How will your organisation use and look after the facility? Points to consider include: opening hours, staff presence, availability for hirers or broader community use, risk management, building improvements and other relevant policies and procedures.

Applications close Monday 2 December, 5pm.

Assessment processExpressions of Interest close Monday 2 December 2019, 5pm.

A committee will assess expressions of interest in December 2019. The committee may request applicants to attend an interview or present to the committee at a convenient time.
