If you are unsure or concerned that the provided instructions do not cover your specific application (for example: corner windows, bay windows, oversize windows, etc.), you can still place your order by providing the height and width of the opening (Step 5) and completing the rest of the order form.

Take a photo or draw a diagram of the space you would like your roller shutter to be used. After placing your order at the Special Orders desk, a Bunnings Team Member will send it to us via email or fax, quoting the CSO number.

We will use the information on the order form plus the photo or diagram to manufacture your roller shutters. This is in addition to our customer support line.

Step 8: SillThe window sill allows the roller shutter to sit and close upon it. If your windows don’t have sills, you will need to use separate shutter stops.

This type of wall shown does not require shutter stops.

Remote Control for AC Electric Motors:(additional cost - Item Number 104 1098)

With the remote control, you can operate your shutters from your sofa or bed. Remote control comes with the hand-held control unit in the photo. (this replaces the wall switch)

Battery Backup (UPS) for AC Electric Motors:(additional cost - Item Number 104 1127)The battery backup is beneficial in instances of electrical power loss where shutter use may still be needed and is recommended for bedrooms or doorways. One shutter will function for approximately 8 cycles. A fully qualified electrician is required to wire this.

1. Direct Delivery applies for Major Cities of Australia as per the ASGC-RA. Areas that are not Major Cities, or some properties/farms may not be able to receive direct delivery, which will result in a delivery to a local depot or the Bunnings Store.

2. 15 working days’ turnaround applies for Major Cities of Australia as per ASGC-RA. Areas that are not Major Cities may incur delays in delivery.

3. Free delivery only covers the first delivery attempt; no second delivery will be done or re/direct allowed without an incurred cost.

4. Deliveries cannot be scheduled to an exact time or day. Package tracking details are provided via email after the package has been booked so that customers are able to make themselves available for the delivery.

5. Authority to leave the products in a safe location on your premises has been granted to the carriers in the event that you are not able to sign for your delivery. In the event that the carrier cannot leave the products on your premises, they will need to be collected from a local depot.

6. All damaged claims must be made within 48 hours of the product being delivered/picked up.
