• An integrated concept where all the venues, facilities and amenities conducive to hosting an international-class event are being accommodated into one single location.
• The main venue will be the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center which will host the conference sessions and exhibitions, and the Concept Village will also include the three major hotels (Mandarin Oriental, Impiana and Traders) as well as the surrounding area which is connected to Kuala Lumpur’s main commercial area.
• Acts as a one-stop facility where visitors to WGC2012 will be able to attend conference sessions and visit exhibition as well as conduct informal meetings with potential customers and retire to their hotel rooms, all without having to step a foot out of the venue.

Hiring agreement was signed on 18 August 2010 and 5% payment to KL Convention Centre has been made on 7 September 2010.
Remaining payment is spread out over 2011, 2012 and the last 20% payment is scheduled one month after the event.
