iDeaology Digest

Believe in You!

From my youth I have been on a journey that has been unique but yet my own. I have lived nine lives like a cat but yet found myself immersed in the world of creativity at every juncture. I have learned that through a series of experiences that everyone knows something but not many or any know everything. We are a footprint for someone else’s steps to their success or their decline. Because I have learned failure is a choice but not an option until you choose it. The essence of living, of things we yearn for, of things which are pure is an Idea. It takes on many facets and often grows but even the ones that never seem to go anywhere have contributed to the ecosystem of our society because it taught us something that we didn’t understand before. That we are a pit stop, still just a

footprint, for where you are or going and it’s our ideas which influence, contribute, build, distract, diversify, dilute, distribute and place the other steps in this world to our journey.

iDeaology Consulting Group is a series of unified yet independent thinking organizations (working toward the same direction) which will empower the idea to grow a cultured business as it was intended and contribute to this ecosystem of life, love and the pursuit of happiness. We define success by the way we design success. So my iDeaology describes the objective of the following organisms (organizations) and which are the Makeup of My iDeaology:

iDeaology: Corporate Consulting group which oversees, as a conductor, the mission of all divisions and websites. The sole premise for where all interaction with the client occurs. At what stage or division the client will work with will depend on a strategic analysis conducted to determine the best direction for the client which could also include referring them to another company which matches their needs. I have a saying, all great clients aren’t for all great companies and all great companies should recognize other great companies who help these great clients find their niche.

Millennial Creative: the design and development arm for all things associated with the internet which includes social media management, mobile marketing, mobile app design, web design, SEO, SEM, and other internet marketing. This is “Marketing for Millennials” by a millennial and the brainchild of influence are by the Millennials who are apart of the creative process.

Madison Avenue Collective: is the one stop resource for startup or existing business, a collective of agencies, designers, consultants, entrepreneurs. Acts as a business incubator (with access and info to funding sources), creative referral service, and virtual co-op working space and charge these different businesses for our referral. It’s a staffing agency for internet marketing & service providers which will be a regular job source for all those involved in the collective.

Virtuoso Social: is a new social platform( under development) which will not only provide the typical ability to post as well as analytics but also provide research on each social site and a plan based upon a social questionnaire on which sites are best recommended for each company.

Visual Natives: is a visual merchandising company that represents the CI’s years in retail, interior design merchandising and sales, having acquired detail knowledge in all aspects of retail: concept development, buying, shipping, receiving, sales, marketing, advertising, visual displays, & customer clientele development. The goal is making every client visually and professionally appealing to their consumer as well as setting a successful strategy for their staff to follow suit.

Anointed Resources: is a resource company for non-profits, startups and entrepreneurs which teaches financial management as well as how to maneuver in the funding world and secure the right type of funding needed to run their business. This is a one stop shop

of business planning, business development and business strategy which also does free debt counseling and provides free services to those organizations which donate a portion of the income to charity. In return Anointed designates select charities in which the provide necessary resources to grow that charity.

MVM Manifesto

MARKETING- VISUAL MERCHANDISING- MANAGEMENT

The following manifesto is not based on one principle but a series of principles collected from great successful companies and one hit, one season wonders. The path has

obstacles but the trip is well worth it.

Marketing is the lifeblood of my iDeaology and it is the meeting point of minds. Visually how you represent yourself embodies how you see your customer. Managing our lives

from the chaos to find balance makes us motivated to live by our credo.

This is My iDeaology and My Manifesto

Marketing should be flexible vs. rigid planning. It should be able to respond to change over following a plan. It should be customer focused collabos over silos and hierarchy. It

should have adaptive and fluid campaigns versus Big-Bang theories. It should be many small experiments over a few large bets.

My visual manifesto believes that commercial and experimental design are compatible entities…taking seriously the arts of styling, set and production design, music video,

retail and interior design, visual manifesto playfully yet intelligently refutes the idea that ‘ornament is a crime’. Whilst not averse to modernism or minimalism, visual manifesto is

more interested in those movements which have ’upset’ the modernist ethos, from the surrealism of Andre Breton to postmodernism and deconstruction, from pastiche to

melodrama, and from ‘neo-rococo’ to ‘maximalism’ and absurdism – but also in the ways that these design approaches can be harnessed in the contemporary commercial arena. In short, visual manifesto, like Venturi before her, is firmly convinced that less is, er, a

chore…

Why do companies elicit such powerful love-hate responses? On the one hand, amid the decay of influence and legitimacy of other institutions — such as states, political parties, churches, monarchies, or even families — the corporation has emerged as perhaps the

most powerful social and economic institution of modern society. Versatile and creative, the corporation is a prodigious amplifier of human effort across national and cultural boundaries. Corporations, not abstract economic forces or governments, create and distribute most of an economy’s wealth, innovate, trade, and raise living standards.

Historically, they have served as a pervasive force for civilization, promoting honesty, trust, and respect for contracts. As the market sphere has grown to annex areas such as health and sports, companies loom even larger in the lives of individuals. People look to

them for community and identity as well as economic well-being. My Management manifesto is purely simple: Live well, Love people and Laugh often. And life will figure out

the rest… or you will hire me to manage it for you!!
