Intermaritime Certification Services (ICS Class) was officially established in 2005 by the Eng. Santiago Torrijos together with a group of experienced collaborators creating a leading class organization. Over the last years ICS Class has
coped with ever-changing challenges and has gained undeniable authority and worldwide recognition.
ICS Class is a classification society with headquarters located in Panama, Republic of Panama.
ICS Class is an independent and non-commercial organization carries out its classification activities in an impartial and objective way in compliance with ICS Class Rules and Regulations.

Class Services
ICS Class Rules and Regulations set appropriate standards for the Classification and Construction of Ships providing adequate information for classification purposes.
ICS Class may assign a class to a ship that has been under supervision during construction as well as maintain or renew a class to a ship in service. Assignment, maintain or renewal of class, or re-classification of a ship means that she complies with the relevant provisions of ICS Class Rules and Regulations
