Intermaritime Certification Services (ICS Class) was officially established in 2005 by the Eng. Santiago Torrijos together with a group of experienced collaborators creating a leading class organization. Over the last years ICS Class has

coped with ever-changing challenges and has gained undeniable authority and worldwide recognition.

ICS Class have an Exclusive Office located at Zongshan District, Dalian-China and has a permanent authorization under the requirements of the Maritime Safety Administration of the People`s Republic of China (MSA-China) – To act in China territory as Class/RO/RSO.

Class Services

ICS Class Rules and Regulations set appropriate standards for the Classification and Construction of Ships providing adequate information for classification purposes.

ICS Class may assign a class to a ship that has been under supervision during construction as well as maintain or renew a class to a ship in service. Assignment, maintain or renewal of class, or re-classification of a ship means that she complies with the relevant provisions of ICS Class Rules and Regulations

ICS Class, as RO/RSO, carry out statutory inspections and certifications on behalf of Flag Administrations, verifying compliance with International Conventions such as: SOLAS & Load Line MARPOL, Annex I, Annex II, Annex IV, Annex V & Annex VI ISM & ISPS Codes Tonnage International Codes as IMSBC, IMDG, IBC (for Chemical

Tankers), IGC (for Gas Carriers), Nox, LSA, FSS. ILO IAFS Lifting Appliances And others

More than 85 exclusive surveyors carry out all the tasks relating to class and statutory surveys to confirm the hull and machinery condition, the safe of navigation, the safety and security of life at sea and the pollution prevention on ships under ICS Class
