The Feel Good Scale gives you the gift of self-awareness. When you know whichZone you're in—and if you're headed towards the Yellow or Red Zone—you knowwhen it's time for you to make a shift.
The Scale has 3 Zones, Red, Yellow, and Green. The numbers on the side of theScale show you which frequency Channel you're resonating with. Red ZoneChannels have low vibrational frequencies; Green Zone Channels have highvibrational frequencies.
