As biology this year has just 3 sections i.e Cell Biology ,Plant Physiology & Human Physiology.Ecology&Evolution has been excluded.You can divide the first two months i.e. 60 days asfollows: Cell Biology - 20 days Plant Physiology - 20 days Human Physiology - 20 days

In these 20 days period for a particular section you are going tolearn as well as the previous year questions from a ChapterwiseTopicwise (Oswal comes with previous year's toppers handwrittensheets too)The last month will be strictly a revision month wherein you willnot only revise but also simultaneously solve question papers(ATLEAST 3 IN A WEEK)

FOR THE PLAIN FACTUAL PART, FOR EXAMPLE PLANTGROWTH HORMONES OR DESCRIPTIONS OF EACHHUMAN SPECIES IN EVOLUTION OR FACTUALDESCRIPTIONS, YOU WILL HAVE TO DO ROTE LEARNINGAND HOW TO IMPROVE MEMORY FOR THAT WILL BESHOWN IN A SEPARATE SESSION !!

The key to hack the biology paper is basically logically learningthe concepts so strongly that you are automatically able to connect the dots between chapters ,this is a myth that biologyis a learning subject but its not , it depends on the fact that howstrongly you have visualised a certain concept .



How we connect the dots in chapter ? KEY FOR A BETTER REVISION

Learn each and every concept using logic orvisualisation and do it by heart. It will not only help yourevise it better but also make you less worried duringthe main exam or even when you will solve practicepapers. Make notes of what you visualise ,learn or read.Reconstruct and summarise in a manner which help yourecapture what you read.This will help you in storing itin your long term memory.


Rather than focusing on multiple sources of content,use school textbook only and study it effectively.Butyou can use animations from internet or youtubechannels designed for them .

Know your syllabus: By the end of the 3 months youshould not only know it but you should be able tovisualise the whole concept once you read the title.


Get thorough with the exercise , pyqs and modelquestions while revising in the last month as mostlyquestions do get recycled

In a separate notebook practice all diagram basedquestions and also the concept diagrams along with the'experiments' one time at least .

Toppers handwritten sheet which is usually availablewith Oswals' chapter-wise topic-wise question bank orseparately will give you an insight of how the papershould be actually written when you will start writingsample papers in last month


FAQS Q1. Are questions in biology board exam

recycled every few year?

Ans: To a certain extent they are but itwill be great if you are thorough withthe whole syllabus and then afterrevising everything when you sit forsample papers you can definitely focusmore on previous year question papers.If you wish you may solve modelpapers too.

Question 1: Write the question youwant to ask your students and allotspace for the answers.

Q2.Which chapters can I stressmore on? Are any chapterprediction possible ?Ans: Unfortunately you will have todo the whole syllabus (except theexcluded chapters) as the papersdo have recycled questions but thechapters are present as a mixedbag in the question paper.So itwould be great if you do everychapter. Although a few importanttopics can be stressed upon more-check the description for the same.
