2. RS provision order: After financial closing and studies approval (max 30% of RS
budget).
3. T1 Platform 1: Complete and continued platform asset according Concessionaire
division approved proposal.
4. T1 Platform 2: Complete and continued platform asset according Concessionaire
division approved proposal.
5. T1 Platform 3: Complete and continued platform asset according Concessionaire
division approved proposal.
6. T1 S&Rsy1: According to Concessionaire division approved proposal. This milestone
can add the budget expensed in “Completed Works T1” at milestone requirement.
7. T1 S&Rsy2: According to Concessionaire division approved proposal. This milestone can
add the budget expensed in “Completed Works T1” at milestone requirement.
8. T1 S&Rsy3: According to Concessionaire division approved proposal. This milestone
can add the budget expensed in “Completed Works T1” at milestone requirement.
9. T1 RS provision: When rolling stock for T1 is received for partial T1 operation testing.
10. T1 S&Rsy4: According to Concessionaire division approved proposal. This milestone
can add the budget expensed in “Completed Works T1” at milestone requirement.
The same milestone recognition reasonability applies for T2 assets (milestones 11, 12, 13,
14, 15 and 16).
Additionally, every time that Concessionaire requires milestones recognition for S&Rsy assets,
Concedent will require an increase on guarantees for the same recognizedamount.
