Summary

HSEMS giving a path to locate the problem and how to rectify.

Locating problems that are driving incidents requires a comprehensive, systematic, and structured assessment. There are number of tools and methods, we are using statistics, and SCAT Chart, survey / group discussion, and HSEMS review. 

Creating improvement plan should focus on Person, Organization, and Job.
