The PRE-SELECTION package in the advertisement response stage checks that candidates possess the objective requisites (pre-screening), offers an initial round of customised questions (killer questions) and runs an evaluation test of their skills. It also manages the creation of CV archive files, managing them through a selection pathway set by the user.

The SELECTION package provides objective candidate evaluation tools due to assessment modules with access to Giunti OS tests and Six Seconds. It also automates all time consuming operations: calendar synchronisation, organisation of interviews, appointments and meetings. Checking the availability and automatic confirmation of candidates, managing the activity lists, assigning tasks to users and process progress update report.

The RECRUITMENT COMMUNICATION package supports all communication activities to

candidates external to the actual selection process: Feedback to candidates about the

recruitment process, management of surveys and sending of periodic and customised

specific or global information in the form of a newsletter to candidates in the database

(Mailing).
