HR Division meetings will be scheduled at a consistent date and timeLast Thursday of the month, 2:00-3:30

Occupational Health and the Satellite Office can post that they will be unavailable during the meeting times

All changes should be submitted directly to Brandi by e-mail

Terminations should be addressed similarly to staffing changesAnnouncement at an HR Division meetingAn e-mail to the HR Division

“Employee X’s” last day was/will be (date) and “Employee Y” will be handling the following responsibilities in the interim.
