“Space” is something most of our customers don’t have enough of, and the fortunate ones that do, don’t want to waste it. “Space” is one of

the primary drivers in our philosophy toward building efficient, ergonomically correct High Pressure Processing floor plans and the

equipment. Another primary driver for ANF is creating a standard material handling solutions. High Pressure processing is relatively new to

the industrial world, so at ANF we strive to make our products as interchangeable as possible across the multi high pressure processing

equipment manufacturers.

IIf you look at the two illustrations on this page you will immediately notice that they are two very different machines with very similar

loading and unloading. Really the only differences are in the length and diameter of the high pressure baskets and the height of the

entrance and exit of the machine. Other than that the ANF compact floor plan is the same.

Our third driver in our philosophy is staying as lean as possible. The High

Pressure Processing companies have all built their standard horizontal

platforms under the premise that their customers would load product into

baskets at the machine. The HPP machines are built for multiple touches and

the more you touch the product the more it costs to process and the more you

have to charge consumers. Equally important, if you are loading at the HPP

machine, you are subject to such issues as product availability, inconsistent fill

lelevels, intermingling of multiple sku’s, and critical traceability concerns.

ANF compact designs save on average 16 feet of linear floor space, increase the

amount of product processed per cycle, and decrease the amount of time the
