Litostroj Power Automation combines unit automation, unit monitoring and enhanced diagnostics to ensure simple user friendly operation and easy troubleshooting and maintenance.
All systems are fully adjustable and controlled over operator panels. Electrical cubicles are assembled in house with Factory Acceptance Test availabilities. FAT testing is available for cubicles functional testing as well as special tests of turbine governor functionality which is supported by the use of in-house built simulator.
Main Features:
• Litostroj Power’s turbine speed governors and unit control systems are designed and manufactured on the basis of programmable logical controllers (PLCs) from Siemens. In this way customized solutions with hardware from worldwide recognized manufacturer can be provided. Turbine speed governor is based on PID controllers and can be a standalone system or can be implemented into unit control system, depending on customer’s expectations. Various operating modes are supported depending on project specifics.
• Application software is developed using standard engineering tools provided by Siemens for their PLC and SCADA programming. Standard blocks provided by Siemens along with solutions developed in Litostroj Power are used in program building. All software is custom built and fine-tuned to suite every project individually.
• SCADA systems are built using Siemens software for SCADA building.
• Wide range of communication networks can be implemented, depending on project’s specific requests.
• Enhanced diagnostics is provided to ensure easy maintaining and fault detection.
• Use of standardized electrical components from established manufacturers ensure easy maintenance and extensive availability of spare parts.
