3.0 Product Disassembly Process

3.1 List the basic steps that should typically be followed to remove components and materials requiring selective treatment:

1. Rlease the main battery2. Unscrew 15 screws on the bottom door , unscrew 1 screws for HDD , take out the HDD. unlock 1 screw under HDD.3. Unscrew 3 screws , take out the keyboard and then remove mid cover,for mid cover ,use slot to separate metal skin

and palstic.4. Unscrew 2 screws for hinge , take out the LCD assy and plam rest assy.for mid cover ,use slot to separate metal skin

and palstic.5. Unscrew 4 screws for thermal module; 3 screw for MB , take out the MB.6. Unscrew 4 screws for front bzezl assy , take out the front bzezl assy .7. Unscrew 14 screws for LCD module , take out the LCD module.8.
