Next, click this drop down arrow


Select

Put the URL of your website or

affiliate link , then click Save


Then, go to

Confirmation “thank you” page


Put the URL of Thank You Page,

then click Save


You now have

Signup form URL


Copy the Signup form URL

and Paste it in new tab
