MUSIC THERAPYMon. 10-2 • 320-229-5100 Music therapy can promote relaxation to help decrease pain and anxiety, as well as provide emotional support and self expression. Participants do not need to have previous music experience to benefit. Individual and group music therapy sessions may include music listening to promote relaxation and symptom management, as well as active music participation such as singing, instrument playing, lyric discussion, and song writing to process individual experiences throughout cancer treatment and recovery.

MASSAGE THERAPYThu. 8-12 • 320-229-5100With a focus on relief or recovery from pain, anxiety, headaches/migraines and stress, massage is effective alongside standard medical care. Every treatment is unique to the individual. No Gratuity – We do not accept tips. If you insist on giving back, a donation to CentraCare Foundation is appreciated and a referral is the greatest gratuity we can receive. Cost $65 for 45 minutes.
