Hi! My name is homeless Bob and I used to be a drunken homeless bum living on the streets of Daytona Beach, Florida! I moved down here back in October of '87 after visiting for

about managin' a business. As the bills started pilin up, so did the bottles. I drunk myself out of shop and

After kicking rocks for the next 22 years, I was diggin in the dumpster behind the Ocean Deck lookin

for some left over crab legs when I came across a flyer for Pay Per Call Marketing that said, "Would You

Like To Increase Your Income" and that's when the good lord moved me... and I said Hell Yeah!

So what in the heck is Pay Per Call yer probably askin yerself about

now...Well, Pay Per Call is a method of generating sales leads where an advertiser only pays when a call is placed to their business. These calls are tracked using specialcall is placed to their business. These calls are tracked using special

tracking software. Basically, my method is very simple. I am going to affiliate networks that deal with pay

per call and signing up to be a publisher and then going around to other networks

and signing up to be an advertiser. Here on the next few pages, I'm going to teach you how to do it the

right way so you make a lot of money. So follow along with this easy step by step method.

Createing Publisher Accounts1. go to Cj.com and sign up as a publisher.2. Now that your signed up as a publisher I wil show you can to do campaigns.-------

1. Login to your acount and you will be at a dashboard.2. Once your logged in. Click Pay-per-call 3. Find a campaign that you would like to do then click on itonce you click on it you should see a page like thisFind the Apply button

This is all the information about the campaign you are applying for. So read it overget to know what you can and cannot do or advertise with.

4.Once you are on the Campaign page You will see Show al click it and it will show a list of green check marks. these are the types of Marketing methods you are allowed to advertise with.

Note: Only the green check marks are Approved Methods of advertising for a company.

5.Then what you want to do is Scroll down the page to the bottom and you will see a apply box it's circled in red.

For an Example look Below6.This is were you put the information on how you are going to Advertise for there Company by looking at the green checks to determin what methods you can use to advertise with. So for an example if they allow (Mobil, Social Networking, email Marketing) You would type that into the Apply Box then check the box and hit apply

Note: Once you apply, it takes a couple days before they will approve you or denie you.

7 To get more campaigns after you have applied go to the top of the page. There you will seeCampaigns Button. Hover your mouse over it. Then a drop down menu will and click onClick Apply to new Campaigns.

Now that your back at the top of the page .

How to rinse and repeat.1. Now go to the next company and repeat steps two and three until you have signed up for all the companies

Note: You want to get approved for atleast three to five of the campaigns.

To become an Advertiser on the Locals4You.com network, just follow these simple steps:

Step One: Enter your basic information including a Company Name which can be anything you wantJust be sure to have one.

Step Two: Tell them how you heard about them in the References and General Information Section. It's easiest just to tell them you found them from a search on Google.

Step 3: Enter your traffic information. They will ask what sort of Vertical Ads you currently run the most. Look over the drop down list and choose a niche like "Promotional" ads. In the space where they ask what sort of ads you are interested in learning more about, take your pick. The next text area asks you if there are any specific offers you would like to explore and how you heard about them. Just enter that you found them from a Google Search for "Internet Marketing" or something close to it. After you fill this out, you need to enter the top three countries you advertise in. Your Google Analytics can help with this if you have it installed on your site. The form then asks you to check an approximation of how much income you currently generate from advertising on your site. Check what you wish here. Next select income you currently generate from advertising on your site. Check what you wish here. Next select what types of traffic you generally use for promotional purposes. You can check all venues here EXCEPT for "Virtual Incent". Do not select this option.

Step 4: You will next need to enter the best times to contact you. Enter the best time to reach you, your preferred phone number, your time zone, and any additional notes in the appropriate form field.

Step 5: We're almost finished! Enter any information that you think they need to know about your company. Just tell them that you feel you would be an asset to them and that you will do your best to succeed or something of the sort. succeed or something of the sort.

Step 6: The final step is to enter your password... twice. Do that and then fill in the Captcha information and hit submit. You're on your way now!

After you hit the submit button, go check your email to see if they sent you a confirmation link. They usually do this so it's important to make sure you do this immediately or your account will be locked down and purged eventually.

Most of the companies take a couple days to get back to you so I like to get the ball rolling by calling them up and asking to speak to the Affiliate Manager. I usually say something like, "Hi, My name is <your name> and I just signed up and confirmed my account. I wanted to reach out to you today to let you know how I am advertising and why I feel I would be an asset to your to reach out to you today to let you know how I am advertising and why I feel I would be an asset to your company." Follow up by telling him that you have been doing Affiliate Marketing for a few years now and have been making good money doing so. Tell him that you work with some of the companies listed on your spread sheet.

When they ask you how you advertise your campaigns, tell them that you do mobile and display advertising using Google, Bing, and other Search Engines. Tell them that you advertise for such companies as ADT, insurance copanies, and educational institutes.Now, in most cases, after talking with the Affiliate Manager, he will go ahead and approve your accountNow, in most cases, after talking with the Affiliate Manager, he will go ahead and approve your account so now it's time to move on to the Third Step as soon as you are approved. Createing a Advertising Account

Step 6: Time to become an advertiser!First you're going to go to locals4you.com and signup to be an advertiser. Go to http://locals4you.com/register/ and then click the button that says to register as an advertiser.

Now here's the kicker... I found out a little secret about this company. Yes, they offer a bunch of paid plans on their site, but if you contact them personally, they will give you a better deal. Go ahead and email support@locals4you.com and let them know that you just signed up as an advertiser and that you want to know what the special pricing is for bulk advertisers. After you contact them they will go ahead and activate your account.

Once you get approved and your account is activated, go ahead and login at the following URL: http://locals4you.ringleads.com/ Once you're logged in, you'll see your dashboard. URL: http://locals4you.ringleads.com/ Once you're logged in, you'll see your dashboard.

The first thing you want to do is to start a new campaign by clicking the "Start Campaign" button at the top of the screen. You also want to open up another tab and go to one of the companies listed on your spread sheet.

The next screen you'll see is this one,

What you want to do is copy and paste the information from the companies on your spreadsheet into the corresponding fields on these pages.

As an example, if you're advertising ADT, name your campaign "Campaign Home Security 123" or something obscure but descriptive.

Next you'll go to the drop down for "Category" and select "Business Services", then another drop down menu will appear where you should select "Security Services".

In the next text field you will need to copy and paste from the other company and just change the business name.

Do the same thing for the Terms field.

Next you'll see a label called "Promotional Methods" and a link that will allow you to "Add Restrictions". Click this link. You will see all the methods you are allowed to use to advertise. Find the allowable methods from the other company that you are grabbing the campaign from and select only those methods that they allow.campaign from and select only those methods that they allow.

In the final form field on the page called "Campaign Expiry" you should select "Expires On" and click the field to enter a date from the publisher's account at the other company.

Now go ahead and hit submit button..The next screen will show you the operating hours. Find that info on your publishers campaign and enter it here.

So, the next screen is the Call Flow page. On this page you will need to bring your publishers phone number from the other company and then always make sure Record Call is selected. If the campaign requires the person to Press a 1 or 2 to connect with an operator, you can use the Play Prompt First Selector.

In the last drop down box, titled "At the start of the call" select "Forward to Call Center."

Two new text fields will pop up, in the first one, enter the companies phone number in the following format: "Example format: +14158008282 " Be sure to add the +1 at the beginning!

NEVER ENTER ANY INFORMATION IN THE MESSAGE TO CALL CENTER FIELD!!! DON"T DO IT!!!

Now go ahead and move on to the next page, the Target Demographics. Just check out the other companies target demographics and enter them here.

The next Screen is the Payout Screen. This page you will decide how much you want to pay per call. As an example, if you're getting paid $25 you want to pay out no more than 60% of what you are being paid. That would leave you earning $10 per call. That 's enough to cover expenses with enough left over to fill your pocket. (Think about it... If you have 50 campaigns and you are getting 1 call per day to each campaign... and you're pocketing $10 per call... you're making $500 per day! Try doing that with any other business!)$10 per call... you're making $500 per day! Try doing that with any other business!)

After you enter your Payout Amount, you will then want to click the button labeled "Add Payout Condition". A pop-up will come up with some options you need to fill out.

The first option is the Duration...

For the duration, this is where you will go to the other company and find out how many minutes they require in order to be paid out for a call. As an example, if you get paid $25 for a 5 minute phone call, this is where you would add that time.

As an example, you can see in the image, once you insert a time of 5 minutes, and you pressed the Add button, you will see the call duration in the right hand box. Now, in order to select the other options such as InRegion and During Hours, you need to push the And Button and then InRegion... if you want to add During Hours, press the And button and then During Hours. I've circled the And button in the image below to help you spot it.

Don't worry about the Bonus Payments or the API... just click Next...Now you're on the Creatives page... this is where you can upload any images you or the publisher has available. You can leave this blank if you don't have anything to upload.

On this final page, you'll want to leave the default selections chosen. You should have All Publishers selected in the first area and in the second make sure that Approve All Publishers is selected in the second area.

Now that you've done all that hard work... go ahead and click the Done Button! Congratulations! You've created your first campaign! Go ahead and go over all the details on the following screen and make sure they match up to the other companies information...

After you have gone over everything and are sure that the information is correct, go ahead click Go Live.

Your campaign has been launched!

Now go do it again for the other companies on your list.

Another thing you'll want to keep tabs on is the publishers applying to your campaign.

What's going to happen next is that publishers on the locals4you site will start applying to your campaigns that you just posted. You can check for them here...

You'll want to read what methods they are going to use in order to check them against the campaigns allowed methods of advertising. In other words, if the advertiser you brought over to locals4you allows you to advertise in mobile search and display ads, you want the publisher on locals4you to advertise it the way it needs to be advertised. You can approve them if they match or email them or instant message them back and say you can't advertise this campaign that way, but that you can tell them what methods that they will get approved for.

You can also contact locals4you and ask them to send publishers towards yourYou can also contact locals4you and ask them to send publishers towards your campaigns as well since they know all the publishers they can help you out. They want you to succeed!

Watching Your Accounts

A) Now what you do is go back into your publisher accounts once you

have started to make some money and apply to a few more campaigns say

3-5 and get approved and bring them over to locals4you.

do this over and over again and soon enough you will be running

15-100 campaigns per network which then ads up to alot of money.

Step Eight: Watch the money Grow.A) this is the best part, you want to go to your publisher accounts at the companies you signed up with and check daily to see how much money you are earning per day, should be very good if you.
